A sad day for Speedy's family.

As we all know Gary Speed took his own life yesterday. Gary was my  Speedy's second cousin i.e. Speedy's dad's brother was Gary's granddad. I'll never understand suicide but my heart goes out to my husbands family especially at this time of year.

    I'm so sorry to hear that, Di! We've had friends that have committed suicide, and it's a very, very tragic type of death to deal with. My thoughts are with you and your family!

    A sudden death is always shocking but I know from experience suicide is so very painful for everyone concerned to deal with - kinds thoughts to you and yours x x x
